Elmo and the blues

Went up to visit friends Megan and Tim on Sunday and did a little cruise around the  Encinitias street fair. Its fun for me walking around these things just for the people watching. The booths always have the same junk food and junk products as every other fair I have been to from Mexico to Alaska. The great part is the the micro scenes and images of life when you get people together like this..not to mention for some reason if there is an event around people they don’t get as weirded out when your taking their picture. You would be surprised how many assholes want to fight you when you take their picture. As Shane would say ” Its not gonna take your soul homo!!”

As always when I stopped looking for the great shots one developed right in front of me. This little guy was just chillin on the curb watching the show when I snuck up behind him to get a few shots. I love his crazy little curls and dirty face from the street fair sweets. Seeing that this guy was rockin the Elmo shirt and a curley fro I pegged him as pretty harmless. Although with the hands on his hips all Forest Gump like I was sure I was in for it soon;)
