Great Balls Of Fire!! with Linda White

Walking the town with Linda and Steve testing out some new spots and styles near the house. So glad we found a few images to make the cut! Linda was on her game this day while I was a totally off... Trying to use to many new toys at once and had to be reminded to get back to the basics. We plan on visiting the 50's era a lot more in coming shoots with more themes and stronger scenes and setting. Day Glow revisited

Haven't been shooting enough new material. Studying a whole new animal with the studio and flash lighting, really kept me busy the last few days. I was looking through the Mormon Temple files and liked the feel of this one. The flowers up close really gives it a touch more dimension. Catching a ride

Studio and street with Linda White

Playing with the new flash got some interesting shots on the way to the studio yesterday. The shots here are on a fire escape at Front Window Studio and after sunset in the studio. Still working on lighting and balancing things out a little better for next time. The new color toning on the fire escape is another custom tone built with three color fill layers and a contrast boost to balance the " Glaze" Hope you all enjoy!

Elmo and the blues

Went up to visit friends Megan and Tim on Sunday and did a little cruise around the  Encinitias street fair. Its fun for me walking around these things just for the people watching. The booths always have the same junk food and junk products as every other fair I have been to from Mexico to Alaska. The great part is the the micro scenes and images of life when you get people together like this..not to mention for some reason if there is an event around people they don't get as weirded out when your taking their picture. You would be surprised how many assholes want to fight you when you take...

Spend the sunset and after tonight at the Mormon temple. I have some interesting day time ones that will be posted in the things category tomorrow in the meantime Im really digging this one! Hope you enjoy 

More Pebble Beach

From the same afternoon as overcast with a color blast. The sun was starting to create a touch of color behind the clouds. I slowed the shutter speed to give the water some of my favorite motion effect. Love  way the waves look as they are building in the background and the touch of seaweed revealed by the water retreating. Hope you enjoy.
